By accessing or using Insightful Finances (“iF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Insightful Finances is a personal financial projection tool that helps you model long-term net worth scenarios based on information you provide. The projections and calculations are for illustrative and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in Insightful Finances constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All projections are hypothetical and based solely on the information you enter. Past performance and modeled outcomes do not guarantee future results. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insightful Finances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any projections or information provided.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
